- Set the date range and click Start Scan.
- Open your report and copy the refund message.
Why this exists
When you pay for same-day or one-day delivery and Amazon misses the window, you are owed a refund of the shipping fee. That is the deal.
But getting that refund means knowing it happened, finding the order, opening a chat, and asking the right way. The friction is the point. Most people never bother.
Dime exists because a tool that costs nothing should be able to do in one minute what their support flow is designed to take twenty.
